It can be sharing a smile with a stranger, feeling the warmth of the sun on your face, the smell of summer or a hug. The more we become aware of these little moments during our day, the more we invite them into our life's.

“Sound of the Ocean” - I carry this song really, really close to my heart. When I went through an intense inner process, this song held me through it all. I listened to it for days on repeat and it carried me through all the different emotions I was experiencing at that time. These four songs evolved over a couple of weeks in the beginning of last year and for me, they belong together. I finally decided to release them as an EP and I wish that these songs are able to hold you too, through whatever you're experiencing. Our emotions are like waves, that come and go, the more we give up our resistance and surrender, the easier it will be to flow through them, until our hearts open up again with a new found space.
